This is always my favorite combination of biscuit and cheese. This preparation can be prepared with different sauces, be it peaches, strawberries or kiwi. You can serve biscuits and cheese with any kind of sauces.

Preparation time – 10 minutes Cooking time – 20 minutes Serves – 6 to 8

The ingredients you will need:
  • Camembert cheese package (62.5g)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds
  • ½ tablespoon of honey
  • 10 vegetable cracking biscuits

To prepare the peach sauce:

  • 1½ peach
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water

To prepare the peach sauce

  1. Peel the peaches, and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix to form a thick sauce.
  3. Cool it down and use it.
  4. You can also prepare the sauce in advance and store it in an airtight container and freeze well. Thaw if needed.

Camembert cheese

  1. Place camembert cheese in a microwave dish.
  2. Bake in the microwave for half a minute or until cheese is soft.

To prepare almond sugar

  1. Heat brown sugar in a non-stick frying pan and add 1 teaspoon of water.
  2. Add chopped almonds and honey and saute for 5 to 10 seconds

Remove from gas.

Pesto pizza with basil, tomato and cheese

Everyone should try an interesting type of pizza! It can be eaten as a snack, main dish, or midday meal.

Preparation time – 30 minutes Cooking time – 10 minutes Serves 4

  • 4 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons chopped basil leaves

1- Spread the pesto sauce on each pizza base.

2- Top with chopped tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese.

3. Bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes 392° Fahrenheit (200 ° C) until well cooked.

4- Cut the pizza slices by cutting the pizza and serve hot.

Baneburi chocolate dessert

An innovative and unusual dessert!

Preparation time – 5 minutes Cooking time – 10 minutes Cooling time – 6 hours b Serves – 15 pieces

The ingredients you will need:

  • 150 grams of chocolate for cooking
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

For milk

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Wrap each mullet in melted chocolate until the mullet is covered in chocolate.
  3. Put the purees on parchment paper so that they do not stick and put them in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  4. You can also store the purees in the refrigerator in an airtight container and use them as needed.
  5. Do not freeze too deeply.

For walnuts

  1. Divide the walnuts into chunks.
  2. Heat brown sugar in a non-stick frying pan, add a teaspoon of water and cook the walnuts for one to two minutes on a slow fire.

To serve

  1. Make a hole in the water bag.
  2. Put about 2 teaspoons of ice cream in each purée and sprinkle walnuts on top.
  3. Serve immediately.


  1. You can use strawberry and mango in season instead of walnuts.
  2. Instead of vanilla ice cream, you can use chocolate ice cream.
