4 rice cakes or puffed rice
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 dates (soaked and blended into a puree)
½ teaspoon organic stevia powder
pinch of rock salt (optional)
- Take the crushed rice cakes in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter to it and mix well.
- Next, add the mashed date paste and mix again.
- Add organic stevia powder to this mixture.
- Roll it into balls, put on a plate.
- Add some melted chocolate on top.
- This is ready to eat!
