Ingredients for making protein cakes

100gm roasted almonds
50 grams cashew
20 g walnuts
100 grams of dates
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons whey protein
2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate

Step 1: Put the roasted almonds, walnuts, cashews and dates in a grinder. Rotate it until it is properly attached.

Step 2: Take the mixture out into a bowl and add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, whey protein and melted chocolate. Mix all these ingredients well and prepare the dough.

Step 3: Now, take a small portion of this dough and spread it evenly in a tray. Keep this tray in the refrigerator for one to two hours.

Step 4: Remove the tray using a knife, cut the brownie cubes and serve.
