What makes coconut so special?

Unlike many other fruits that are full of carbs, coconut contains healthy fats. It is also a powerhouse of proteins and many other minerals. It also contains B vitamins. They are also full of copper and iron, which help form red blood cells and selenium.

Some studies also reveal that coconut can help with the health of your heart while at the same time improving blood sugar levels. This is because coconut helps slow digestion and improves insulin resistance, which helps regulate blood sugar levels.
