Ingredients (4 to 5 cups of lemon barley water):
A cup of pearl barley
Juice of 2 lemons
5 tablespoons of honey
6 cups of water
Step 1: First, wash the malt with cold water until the water is clear.
Step 2: Next, put the barley in a saucepan and add 6 cups of water.
Step 3: Wait for the mixture to boil over medium heat.
Step 4: Reduce the flame and heat the mixture for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Now, remove it from the flame and let it cool down. Strain the mixture in a bowl.
Sixth step: Add honey and lemon juice. Stir the mixture well and keep in the freezer to cool.
Tip: Do not add honey to the hot barley mixture, as it can become toxic.
Step 7: Once it cools down, pour it into a cup and enjoy it all day.
