The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:

2 cups Next to (gram flour)

1 teaspoon cumin

to taste the salt

½ cup minced onion

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon minced green pepper

Handful chopped coriander

2 teaspoons minced ginger

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoons methi kasuri powder

1 teaspoon chaat masala

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

½ cup curd

1½ cups water

1½ teaspoons baking soda or ENO

dash of oil

Preparing for the sandwich:

Step 1: To make the sandwich, mix together the besan, cumin, salt, onion, chili powder, green pepper, coriander, ginger, turmeric, kasuri methi, chaat masala, cumin powder, curd, and water. Make it a thick mixture.

Step 2: Heat the sandwich maker and spray some oil on both sides.

Step 3: At this point, add baking soda or Eno to the mixture and mix gently in one direction.

The fourth step: Let rest for a minute, then pour the mixture into the sandwich maker.

Fifth step: Spread the mixture evenly to cover the entire area. Close it and let it cook for 7-10 minutes, or until it is light brown on the outside.

Sixth step: Remove from heat, cut in the middle and serve hot with sauce.

Ingredients you will need:

Small bunch of fresh coriander

4 medium tomatoes

½ teaspoon black salt

salt to taste

Small piece of ginger, chopped

4 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon cumin

sugar pinch

1 hot green pepper

A handful of mint leaves

Preparing for the sauce:

Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and grind until you get a paste.

Step 2: Place in a bowl, adjust seasoning if necessary, and serve.

Make sure the sauce is served cold. It can be refrigerated for up to three days and used.
